I have complained about the eastern media once on here....that was due to the hilarity of seeing 5 videos on the home page of Sportsnet. I found it very amusing and it doesn't piss me off at all. I also feel sorry for the poor kid. No 18 year deserves this level of scrutiny. Yourself

When I see teams that rotate and don't have , I see a management that can't make a decision and there are no clear cut leaders. It's a stupid letter, give it to someone .

Apparently he had one last year with Hamhuis and Daniel, which shows how glued to Canucks games we all were last year

As for the Edler/Tanev, we are not privy to the inner dynamics of the team, they could be excellent leaders and mentors in the room/meetings/road trips so I would be fine with them, except I just dont see them handling the interview portions very well (particularly Edler). Also my personal preference is to not have the majority of your leadership group on the first line/unit, just is weird to me

A letter makes very little difference. I understand the tradition and honor but leaders will lead whether they wear a letter or not. Hansen called out players last year , he doesn't have a letter.
