Ovechkin, Karlsson, and Hall are 3 of the top 5 fastest players in this league and none of them are small. Also they were all guys that were touted in their respective draft years as "fast" players...they didn't grow into that speed they developed it. I'm with stripes77 in the NHL you either have God given talent that you can fine tune or you are just another Mark Mancari.

Just watched the scrimmage...

Judd Peterson, Baptiste, Bailey, Carrier, Guhle, Borgen, Martin, Asplund impressed me the most. Nylander was great in the shoot outs. Cal Peterson looked good in goal Hagel looked good too.

I help with Kids about to be drafted to the OHL and im not much older. Good on ya though, keep it up!

They are all US or ISI figure skating coaches.

The ones that are used on the hockey side are mostly power skating coaches.

It all depends on their experience and levels.

Unlike most rinks in the north, down here customers pay us and we pay the coaches. I know in Buffalo anyway you pay the coach directly.

Until the Sabres are as deep as Pittsburgh, Okposo is a first liner...
