The funny part is he blames himself not for riding his skateboard while staring at his phone, no, but for going too slow on his skateboard while staring at his phone. It's people like that that push European cities to install lights in the sidewalk to tell people it's safe or not to cross the street because too many assclowns are getting hit by cars because they can't be bothered to look at the world around them when they're on their phones.

If he really is innocent and wrongly accused all these times and has nothing to hide just hire a guy to follow you around with a video camera and tape all your public interactions that way you can easily refute any false accusations. Give me $200 a night and I'll be on him like glue.
