Arbitration cases are from July 20 to August 4, any movement will be after that.

The more I read about Larsen, it seems alot have the impression he is a shoe-in for a roster spot. If he brings the offense he produced in the KHL over 82 games I can see it being justified. How do we fit Larsen in? I have this strange feeling someone is potentially on the move and it would not surprise me if they moved out someone like Tanev to make it work. He is probably the easiest defenseman to move out and will probably get you a top 6 forward. Is there a team out there that has a need for a guy like Tanev with an expendable top 6 guy?

Let's get Tuesday started off right and give me a few ideas on the hypothetical trade of Tanev. Cap space and fit are a must.

I'll start the craziness off with a trade to Buffalo.

Tanev for Kane?

Tanev for Schenn?

Discuss and counter.

Probably not but if they accept arbitration offer they can no longer trade that particular player. However, I agree nothing will happen until that happens and different players could be moved.

If they trade one they will try to move Sbisa.

Of course they will but there is no way he is getting moved for a top 6 forward.

If he has a good off season and improves by leaps and bounds next season he might almost reach Ballard.

Some of the Tuesday trade proposals makes me wish there were more Ryan's out there protecting the internet from Creeds..

All you guys hoping for a top 6 forward via trade are going to have a let down.

Anyone hoping for a trade, period, is going to be disappointed. At best we swap minor pieces for other minor pieces to help shore up Utica.

I'm pretty sure Kaptaan would trade Tanev for Weise

Sven/Hansen/Sbisa/1st for Landeskog/Bigras/2nd
Av's sign/trade Barrie for cap space if needed.
That make any sense?😜

He can sit beside Burrows and discuss if Canucks only had 10 million more , how they could have out bid TO for Stamkos

On a serious note most of that 10 mil will go to Bo and Gudbrandson next year.
