No it got a lot of hype because it was prolly the most accurate on screen adaptation of a character yet, specially one so foul, they didn't tone it down for the sake of getting little kids into the movies. - Havic3814
A good friend saw it last night and did not like it.
He said there wasn't enough in the Killing Joke story to make it a full movie which made all the added scenes seem disjointed and out of place. - kingcong39
No the extra scenes were weird and it was a shift to make it a Batman centric movie to include even more Batgirl... so they were weird im not disagreeing
But Mark Hamill is Joker... and i don't get nearly enough of it

Is it a cartoon? I think I saw the title on Plex the other day?
I guess it would helped to know the character - sbroads24
Its not for everyone... and with the way Marvel comics have been lately, its hard to get into any of em one minute your favorite character is a Norse God, Avenger.... the next he's unworthy and gets replaced by a cancer stricken human woman.

agreed, IMO deadpool was just an average superhero movie, like the last 2 iron men, man of steel, batman vs superman, thor movies, first captain america
very good, not special
right now I think winter soldier is my favorite super hero movie - homiedclown
Never watched an Iron Man start to finish. I like Robert Downey Jr. but those movies just don't interest me that much.
I'm old but I like movies about regular human beings with irregular problems.

Just rented a movie from Redbox the other night on a whim (it had Anna Kendrick and Brian Cranston, so I gave it a shot). Got home and looked it up: 5% on Rotten Tomatoes.
That said, it wasn't bad. For something that was half comedy though, I don't really recall laughing. Overall though it was decent and a 5% grade seemed harsh to me.

Respectfully disagree on Civil War. There was ZERO payoff at the end of that movie, and the villain was total garbage.
I prefer the first Captain America all day over Civil War.
I also think Deadpool is overrated.
Also, on your Batman killing comment, he's killed both in movies and in books for years. - kingcong39

There was zero payoff? The goal was to destroy the team and divide them
The first captain America what? It's not a bad movie but I didn't think it would be in anybody's top 10 around the world
how was Deadpool overrated do you know how much that money budget was imagine if they had money what they could've done he basically joked about it in the movie that movie was created for the fans and it was brilliant .. Ryan Reynolds put his heart on that movie he gave everything
Batman did not kill people in the darkest trilogy ever like he did in BVS .. He does not kill he believes in justice that's his number one rule
To me Bernie is just as bad now... you've been saying all along that this process is a sham and rigged against you, Now you have solid evidence of that and you go nope vote for Hillary. Bernie supporters got played

I've tried to stay neutral on anything politics, as all it does is cause me to judge people on here when I read their views (no matter which side), but seeing this made me want to post - and it's to agree.
So many people complaining he got screwed, how they're not going to vote along the party lines because of it, then whatever "proof" comes out (I haven't read any of it) and THE MAN THESE PEOPLE PRAISE - a person who constantly talked about a "revolution" - isn't even putting up a big stink to contest anything!
I know it's futile to do so, but man, for someone saying revolution for months, this is his perfect chance to stir it up at the DNC.

all the talk of the republican party convention, result was a fly on the wall compared to what will come of this convention
