I couldn't agree more. Watching CNN, MSNBC, and just about everything else not named FoxNews simply strengthens my thoughts and opinions and keeps me solidly right wing. I will continue to watch other networks though, as one party rule and ways of thinking is never good. It's my opinion that the Rs should lead and the Ds should form a solid minority party to remind the Rs that they do need to worry about some social issues some of the time. When the Ds are in charge, they want nothing to do with whatever the Rs have to say, and put them in the back of the bus (right, Obama)?

good post. Being a conservative republican I'm not crazy about Trump but I like his candor and he doesn't follow the PC crowd. I read one of his books several years ago 'Time to get Tough" and thought after reading it that this guy should run for office.

And for those of you that think that Trump isn't qualified to be president and whatever other lame excuse you want to use, they said the same exact thing about Ronald Reagan in 1980. How could an actor lead our country? He turned out pretty good.

You'll note all the networks are trying to destroy Trump. While this isn't a surprise to you and I, the people who barely pay attention will tell you he's racist, misogynist, hateful, etc. Dems are great at labeling people with buzz words. They cannot lift Felonary, so they'll try to destroy Trump. Happens all. the. time. Scott Walker, Sarah Palin, Mitt and his 47% comment, hell they even found ways to hammer on McCain and he's as vanilla as anybody. Its been going on for years and those who ignore it are not smart.

Was hoping this would have subsided by now. Main thing I take from each election year is people alays make it sound like this is the most important one ever and that one of the candiates is Lucifer and Hitler's offspring. Neither candidate is that bad and the best part is that we have a system in place that no president has too much power to do anything huge.

We'll be fine. If you've already picked a side then there's no reason to talk about it. You're not going to sway someone from left to right or right to left if they've already made their mind up. If you're in the middle this is not the place to get your information.
