Please remind me why Murray is a good GM ... besides picking up Ryan OR ... I'd say he's been schooled by other GMs in the league with the other trades he's made

Im just wondering about the inbetweeners being Rey's parents... only 30 yrs between episode 6 and 7... Emperor was never involved with anyone before he you know took the deep plunge that we know of, if he did have an heir already at the point of Return of the Jedi, i would assume something would be known about it because he would of been grooming him or her to take Vader's spot

network error... like i said i think its interesting, but i don't think Palpetine was interested in finding some chick to go to pound town with to get someone to be eventually Rey's parents... Sith are usually more interested in themselves living forever not creating a dynasty

I like the trade for Vesey... if he signs or not i like the move to show other teams/players that buffalo has changed..we had 4 3rds why not, like the guts

That is true and if she turns out to be a female clone of Palpatine then that would make sense to me... perhaps Snoke is the one who was left in charge to watch her and train her, lost her to a jedi mission (hence the massive scaring) but yet seems to know something about her.

I still say they go the easy route and claim she is the daughter of Luke and a Mara Jade like character and base a lot of it off of the more recent now "Legends" books but regardless im excited to see

The scaring is from when Palpatine killed him but Plagueis had the ability to cheat death.

And in a recent exchange with some inquiring fans on Twitter, Hidalgo seems to have debunked the theory that Supreme Leader Snoke is actually Darth Plagueis.

If you search for some stuff about that i guess it debunks that theory

Vesey is the first domino IMO. He needs to sign anywhere and then Murray should be looking for other moves.

Sign Risto and figure out what his plan is for Girgensons should be his main focus at the moment.

He's been massively over rated because of the sole fact he isn't Darcy Regier

The Vesey move was not a mistake, it was very smart! We gave up a third round pick ( 1 of 4) for the opportunity to court a potential top 6 winger. Not sure how that's a mistake.

I agree with you to a point, it did give you some time to sell Buffalo to him but I think the mistake comes in where Vesey made it very clear he was going to Aug 15th and see what is out there, everyone knew his intentions.
