I'm all for the benefit of the doubt but he's run out of that in his short time here. People not doing the wrong thing don't constantly get accused of violence against women on accident. Even if all of this is just another "misunderstanding," and I use that term loosely, it is still completely unacceptable to keep putting yourself in the sort of situations where such a "misunderstanding" keeps happening.

The juvenile crap he got into in WIN doesn't bother me a bit. Take all the pictures with wads of money and wear a track suit all you want. I couldn't care less. But don't be aggressive towards anyone, much less women. That's not going to be tolerated (I hope).

It was a risk that I was 100% behind but boy has it been a spectacular failure. Oh well, he can go be someone else's problem.

Police investigated, he was never arrested and no charges were ever brought. Doesn't mean he's innocent just means there was not enough evidence to bring charges.

This thing is a different animal. The stories fit together way too nicely. Seems like they got together and rehearsed. Now that doesn't necessarily mean he's automatically innocent, but if you ask 4 different people to describe an incident you'll get 4 different stories. Unless of course they all got together and rehearsed their stories. Until and if they make the surveillance footage available I'll reserve judgement. For once I agree with a defense lawyer. I'm sure there is, but if the manager or owner or whoever said that Kane wasn't trespassing, why would the bouncer risk his job and lie to the police about getting thrown into a register by Kane?

He's going against his boss, risking his job, or he's lying to the police, because Kane embarrassed him, and he's supposed to be a badass. Or both. The 2 aren't mutually exclusive. There isn't much the DA can get out of this. The absolute MAX penalty if found guilty is 15 days. Which no judge would sentence for a first offense, let alone one that is known to be lenient.
