Just saw Rochester signed a goalie named John Muse... Had a 18-9-4 record in the AHL last year so you'd have to think he's a lock to get playing time there... Creates a log jam unless they really have no faith in Kasdorf

Not unusual for ahl teams to go with 3 goalies, at least at the start of the season. Rochester had 3 last year. I think they do it in case of injuries to the parent club. Muse seems to have some good stats in the AHL.

There isn't much the DA can get out of this. The absolute MAX penalty if found guilty is 15 days. Which no judge would sentence for a first offense, let alone one that is known to be lenient.

I don't think there are cameras outside, and that's where he supposedly dragged a girl towards his car. Inappropriate touching like what would've been shown on the tape inside is harassment, at least as described by the BPD chief.

And there's no "back area" exit. It's a completely fenced in patio area. No way for him to have dragged her to his car from the back.

Hence why I said "supposedly". Not even "allegedly". The words have very different meanings.

I've never been there, so I don't know the layout, but from what has been reported he supposedly dragged a girl towards his car.

Having said all that if there was a big crowd. Which there probably was, who's to say that he didn't grab someone in all the commotion after what happened inside and was probably happening outside. I haven't been to that particular bar, but I have been down there, and I know how stupid it can get. The dumbest thing I ever saw was a guy on a motorcycle, in order to impress some girls, did this massive burnout where they stand and just spin the tire, with a cop on the sidewalk about 10 feet away and one in a car behind the car that was behind him. Needless to say they got him. lol.

My sister was there earlier in the night. She sent me a picture and asked me if that was him. She told me he was being a little arrogant but nothing more. She did say there were a bunch of girls hanging all over him.

She left way before the alleged incident though.

He is set to appear in court August 1st. Depending on what has been going on between his lawyer and the DA it could get wrapped up then.

Once he pleas out (my guess) he is gone the day after Vesey signs here, if Vesey doesn't sign here, Kane is a Sabre until the deadline IMO.

If we get Vesey Vancouver will make a strong pitch for him, if they haven't already. If we don't get Vesey there still could be a scenario where he gets moved there.
