With Vermette getting bought out I would like to see us try to sign him. Another center can't hurt. There will be injuries this season no doubt and he would be a good insurance policy. Great penalty killer and face off guy that could play on any line. Could be like when we signed Oates and he mentored our young centers in the face off circle. Horcoff, Stoll, Reasoner all turned into dynamos on the dot with his mentoring.
