I also would like to see the young kids develop one more year in Roch and let the old vets have this last year to play...Franson, Gionta, et all.
That said I could see the youngins join the club after the TDL.

Well, Gerbe is banned until next month for posting a fake rumor that he didn't even know was a fake rumor until after he posted it and then fixed it right after he was banned for 3 months for posting a link to porn.

365 doesn't seem to pop in as much anymore, and a couple other left coast guys haven't been posting much either.


Not much to discuss at this hour anyway. I've just been posting interesting pet stuff. Like that pit bull that did backflips and the cat that got posts for back legs because of a birth defect, and about that dog that got prosthetics because a wiener(neighbor) chopped off his fore legs with a goddamn sword because he chewed on the owners neighbors shoes in Thailand I think? Could've been Indonesia too. Either way. That's so (frank)ed up.

But why not just sign a competent backup goalie to begin with?

Just finished watching Stranger Things. FREAKIN AWESOME ! It brought this 50 year old right back to 1983 (my favorite year !). Of all the 80's nostalgia shows/movies, this one was by far the most accurate of them all. The clothes, cars, music, scenery, etc ... SPOT ON. Any hey, any show that plays Joy Division and New Order in the soundtrack is OK by me. Such a great homage to the best era ever. Bring on season 2 !

Foligno Eichel Reinhart-The roomates go together, but it's time for Foligno to prove his worth. He isn't a top 6 forward but if he can literally just go hard to the net the other two I think can carry him/he will provide physicality.

Moulson Girgs Ennis-Get this line back together, the last time the three of them played well, they played together...why not see if we can resurrect Moulson?

D-Lo Larsson Gionta-If Vesey were to sign D-Lo falls out and Foligno/Moulson both slide down a line. If not though, this is a semi skilled 4th line that still has some snarl. Larsson is a spiney little guy and D-Lo is D-Lo.

+continued growth of young players like Eichel, Reinhart, Risto & McCabe
+Gorges on the 3rd pair where he can be effective vs lesser talent

Why do u look at it as "top6" vs "bottom6"
I think having 3 scoring lines, & thus a "top9" is a much better way to go
Remember when we had Briere & Drury,
And then a 3rd line that ppl couldn't match up with?

Guys like Kuhnackle & Sheary weren't "top6" quality,
But they played with Crosby & Malkin and they won the Cup
