That was a good article. Hoping we can move an entire line up from Rochester in 17-18 to replace some retiring vets/UFA's.
Give some kids with energy who played a year in rochester together a shot at the 3rd line and hope they do some damage.

Agreed. If we can hit on some of these draft picks like Estephan, all the better. I do think 17/18 is gonna be the year that some of the kids make the big club.

Asplund, Nylander, Guhle, Ullmark and probably Carrier make the club in 17/18 imo.

It's hard to say at this point, all depends if Murray makes a trade to open up a spot for one of them. I like Fasching but think he needs time in the AHL. Bailey could certainly make the Sabres and if not would probably be the first call up. I don't see either one as trade bait but you never know.

if/when Lehner goes down, Ullmark becomes the Sabres #1 goalie and the scrub remains in a back up role
