I had Zadorov-Myers as the 2nd pair
McNabb-Pysyk as the 3rd

The offseason is weird. We talk these players to death, put them into projected lineups over and over. But then it hits me we actually have Jack Eichel, O'Reilly, and promising young players, and it gets me so excited for hockey next season. The idea that we could be the next elite team is still crazy to me.

Myers is older than any forward who projects to be in our top9 next year

You get a large, young group that grows together

Way I see it, for most of his career they put him in a position to fail and for the most part he succeeded. That's not nothing.

I think that's a bit much, but it's definitely been sink or swim. Which I guess is just arguing degrees at that point. But I don't think they set him up to fail.

I do think you guy's can upgrade your goaltending. I mean MAF apperently is an option, in my opinion Pitt would be stupid trading him but who knows.

If Lehner can stay healthy, I think he can be pretty good for us
But I think we might have the worst backup in the league...
So if he gets hurt, or under performs, we're screwed
Might need to trade for one of the quality goalies rumored to be available

That'd be cool if that crusty old roomer comes to fruition. Still seems to me this team is stacked with middle pairing dmen and won't be much better off with Fowler. For Girgensons though, a good deal.

It's irrelevant now, but that's why I said in 2014, that if you ended up getting #1, it was almost a no-brainer to take Ekblad over Reinhart.

That would be fine. I kinda like the Kuli-Bogo idea as the 2nd pair. Bogo will find IR at some point during the season and McCabe will get his chance for more minutes.
