That is the only thing I care about these days. Don't care about wins or losses. Don't care about the playoffs. I want to see this organization develop their talent properly. That's why I want to see the best management team you can have. The canucks will draft talent just hope they can truly develop these kids.

They have done a good job in the past with guys like Burrows, Bieksa, Kesler, twins, Edler, Hansen, etc.

When you draft players and develop properly they seem to be difference makers for your club for a long time. Funny how that works.

I think a lot of behind the scenes stuff with current management is hard to work on the system so to speak. Utica being the key change and all I hope for is continued work in those areas.

The cupboards have been stocked with players. All they need to do now is develop talent and churn who doesn't work out. I'm not on board with tanking but I'm not on board with going all in to be competitive. I feel they have danced the line but have stayed somewhere in the middle of that which I'm OK with.

JV is the guy I'm curious about. I'm not worried about him as a player but more so the development of what kind of player they want him to become. I can't see bottom 6 minutes beneficial unless used in a more offensive role which hopefully is the case this year.
