True though I wouldn't mock them. Boston won a cup and nyr were cup contenders every year for about 5-7 years. Sweeney has been very bad for Boston and it's really tough to.do a proper rebuild in nyc.

They have the same odds for winning the cup as the Rangers on two betting sites that I just checked.

Still haven't heard back from the landlord but I did a load of laundry today and it went smoothly, so maybe it was just backed up and the boiling water cleared it out.

Could be, but those worms are another question mark. Sometimes tree roots get in there maybe that's where the worms come from. Once a year you should flush Root Kill down the toilet. It contains copper sulfate that kills the tree roots. Do it at night because you can't flush it for 8 hrs. to get it to work.

With a problem like this your guy should be responding by now. He's giving landlords a bad name.

One, through my wife's family and this article that came out today about Chi, nyr and nj being the top 3 and bos/buf being out is garbage, pure guesswork. I honesty don't think Jimmy 100% knows what he's doing yet. I do know he's extremely comfortable with the idea of playing/living.with jack/Sam. Hometown pull has me more worried than it has in the past. I have no worries About nyr nj as a destination

Yeah, definitely. Tell him it smells and there's water on the floor. That should get him out, and if not that should be enough to break your lease if need be. You can't live in a place with non-functional plumbing. Don't tell him you did another load of laundry though.
