Got it. Same thing with NJ, the only reason I can think of that they would be on Veseys list is he would probably jump right into the NHL as an every night top 9 forward, plus they have boatloads of cap space. Otherwise, I'm a bit puzzled why NJ has popped up on his list.

I think this is true. Plus, don't underestimate the draw of Captain Jack as a linemate and a roommate. Vesey has never been outside of the Boston area for an extended timeframe, so going to a place where he'd be comfortable (Buffalo) is big. Of course, this doesn't eliminate Boston. What I think does eliminate Boston is their GM, Sweeney, who's incompetent
