Like I said before, if you have an opinion and it doesn't agree with main stream America, you are wrong or a racist. Everyone has the right to vote for who they want no matter if it's Trump or Hillary, it's your right to cast your vote. but when Hollywood speaks for some reason people hang on it.

Sorry, late to the sewer party...I had a similar problem once but no worms. In my case it was a numbnut tennant who was flushing paper towels down the toilet, and of course it started backing up. Foul smell coming in the tub and eventually the kind, smart tennant finally told me about the odor (not the paper towels) because she was pregnant and concerned....the crappy part (pun intended) was the sewer main decided it was old and time to develop a crack so crap was getting into the basement. Cleanup was horrific but could have been MUCH worse if it went undedected.
It was episodes like this that got me out of the landlord biz several years sgo.
My first few years as landlord were awesome. My first tennants were 5 female college freshman that lived above me, and around the time I met my now wife who was 22 at the time...goo times!
