I disagree, sorry, I'm a bit older than you and I can't do the things I used to do when I was younger. Yes they're highly trained pro athletes but you're starting to see Hank's body breakdown in the past couple of years…it happens to all of us.

I agree. In two years, 4 million or more for the Sedins could hurt the team going forward even if for just a year. By that time Demko, Juolevi and Bowser could be close to a pay increase. It would have to be done carefully for sure but it wouldn't leave a lot of room depending on how the transition goes for some of the other players like Etem, Rodin, Larsen and Gaunce. However, guys like Sbisa and Dorsett could be gone too. It's a tough thing to predict but I would think k the Sedins would be thinking less about the money and more about how they could still help the team at 38 or 39.

Depends if they want to continue to play or not. The longer they stay in Canada, as their kids get older, the less likely the kids will want to return to Sweden.

Gaunce needs to pick a side. He thinks he is top 6 but has not proved it at all. He needs to play meaner check a lot harder and tip in some goals. I see him as a stop gap this year if he makes the team at all. Same thing about Pedan and Grenier. All fringe players that don't have a lot of skill.
