Just gonna chime in for 2 seconds and I'll go back to being quiet.....My daughter is part of the LGBT community, and over the last few years, I have slowly been making the transition to learn "pro nouns" and educate myself on being respectful to her friends.....I'm old...and its been difficult.....Where I agree that making a joke that might be considered misogynistic, and that you might be offended by it, I don't think we should have to censor ourselves to the point of second guessing everything we say to the point of not saying anything.

We are on a opinion board, and theres lots of opinions I don't agree with, but I wouldn't want people to stop having them.....otherwise one person will say something and everyone else will just smile and nod.......LAME.

I personally don't mind off pudding humour.....and I'm sure if someone was really offended, we are all grown up enough to apologize..... The world is turning way too PC, no one is allowed to say anything without offending someone, and its just getting too silly......

I think there was a couple shark attacks in the 6 years i've been here i suppose, but it's so chill.
Hiking is great, no mammals to worry about (except the odd wild pig).
Camping is so easy (i still feel weird leaving food out).
Mother nature seems to take a few people (way too many drownings and some mountaineering deaths), but overall, very cruisy.

Wife's best friend lives there. I'm sure i'll end up going for a visit one of these days. I may have to go for a wedding within the next couple of years.
