I agree. 215 should be our goal. 230 would be great.

You want to hear their plans from the management. I can look at the roster and think of where he would fit but to hear from the coach on how he would use him in the system and the GM as to what their plans are is an important piece.

It's like going to a job interview and asking what projects you would be working on and how the would utilize your talents. I can guess that before the interview but I want to hear what they have to say.

On a side note I just had a few interviews so Vesey and I are basically in the same boat except he has a ton of offers and I don't

I'm going to call them all and tell them they can meet me at my house and pitch to me and then I'll take some time to decide which one I go to. We'll see how it pans out. But I won't work in Lackawana. Want to be closer to home. But that big company in OP I'll consider.

I'd do resturaunt on the top floor, Condos below that, hotel below that, some office space below that, retail, and then a grocery store (the stretch). It'll be 5 years before anything is open since they need to find tenants before they do any work.

From what I saw of the roof I don't think it has the space. If anything do rooftop seating for the restaurant int he summer. I just want a high up restaurant in Buffalo.
