Tatar is an absolute stud and on the verge of needing a contract in the 5 yr 5m per range.

Girgensons + for Burakovsky would work, but I have no idea if the Capitals need a center and would even want Girgensons, plus it would likely take a lot more to get Burakovsky from them.

Couldnt agree more, those were just a few names i could think of, with gio coming of the books soon it could be possible.

Regarding burakovsky, that will be interesting to see how they handle the contracts of carlson Kuzy and him in the next year or two

He has a great shot too and absolutely kills goalies blocker high. Also he is one of the better 2 way forwards in the league.

Pulkkinen is recovering from shoulder surgery right now but is definitely a guy that can score and needs to be given a legit shot at the NHL level.

Heard Weber just got a new concrete pad poured at his house...

September 17th will FINALLY kick off some hockey. 2 games in the World Cup that day (USA/Europe and Czechs/Canada). 2 games per day through the 22nd and then the playoffs go, with the finals on October 1.

Meanwhile, Sabres hockey starts on September 26 when the team plays at Penn State's Pegula Ice Arena vs the Wild. Buffalo has 7 preseason games which wrap up on October 7, regular season game 1 is Thursday, October 13 (ugh, nearly a full week after preseason ends...)
