Thinking about it now i see where the cats are coming from Exblads deal kicks in next year and huberdeaus bridge deal also ends.
If you want to keep your core you gotta make moves you dont want to.. roundabout way..would you trade nylander if it meant moulson was gone.. i wouldnt but i can see the reasoning |

When I was in college, and my frat threw keg parties, I used to believe it was a shame for the party to end before the keg was kicked. Other asswipes weren't as principled as I am, so lots of times I would wind up alone, drunker than hell in the predawn hours of the night, tangling Mano a Mano with the last gallons of the barrel.
Most times the keg won, sometimes I did, but there was always glory in the battle!!! |

I think the cats were just not that high on crouse. He was always such a boom or bust pick. The fancy cats might know something that we dont know by just looking at his stat line |

Sabres take variable ticket pricing a step further with dynamic pricing - Michael Pachla
Very interesting.
I guess the worry is that I'm sitting next to a guy who paid $100 less for his seat that I did, but that happens every day on airlines and nobody bats an eye.
It really does reflect reality, though. A Tuesday night game in March when your team is already eliminated from the playoffs should not be the same price as the home opener on a Friday night. |

As I was reading this, I honestly thought that you were going to make a point about surge pricing. |

I mentioned it in the last blog.. your #11 overall pick that everyone was raving about at the draft hasn't been that elite player as a 3rd year player in the ohl and has been quiet at the world juniors |

Im so glad the Avs avoided him. He had really worrisome numbers and limitations...I honetly t hink the only reasons he got has high as 11 is bc he played at the WJC as a 17year old and didnt look that out of place.
He is going to be an NHL player but more of a tweener 2nd/3rd line guy, I just dont see top line power forward out of him |

it won't be that bad as the price will not drop below what season ticket holders paid...but, point taken |

I cultivated a persona. After everybody else gave up, I would stumble up to my room, and strip down to a pair of gym shorts and an untied pair of work boots. I had this ratty old burgundy terrycloth bathrobe, and I would put that on but not tie the belt.
There were lots of Sunday mornings the campus security guards would find me at daylight staggering around like that in the front yard picking up litter and mumbling to myself. I loved it. |

100% agree on all of that.. i remembered the avs being rumored to take him that entire spring lmo the way the game is played now Mikko was the best pick at that time for the avs..was too hard to project to see what kyle connor would do coming out of the USHL |

kyle connor But yeah Mikko is still the man. Just saw this tweet
For a big kid and an over ager in the OHL, he really had very poor numbers for such a high pick |

paperless tickets are going to be a pain in the a$$
people split season tickets
people sell a handful of their tickets
this looks good on "paper" but is a pain for the fans IMO |

Its just like an airplane ticket: you just have to print it at home and give it to your bud.
Stop being such a stick in the mud. |
