Scavenger hunt time. When was the last time the Sabres were above .500, counting an OTL/SOL as a loss? So 1-1-1 would be 1-2.

Additionally, when was the last time the Sabres were above .500 for points? So 1-1-1 would be .500 because 3 out of a possible 6 points.

The answer, ya lazies, is 1/25/2013. Sabres were 2-2-0 after losing to Carolina 1-3.

Last time they were at .500 with points was the last day of that season, 4/26/2013, a 2-1 SO win over the Islanders got us to 21-21-6.

It's been a long time since we were mediocre. Gonna feel good.
