I dunno if Radulov will work or not but I don't think he hurts you that much even if he doesn't. - BINGO!
That's how I feel as well.
Except I'm in the "I BELIEVE" side of the fence. |

Wouldn't have been terrible if they kept Eller and Subban. And left Shaw alone. - Feds91Stammer
Eller is pretty bad... not sure how much hockey you actually watch compared to how much time you spend looking up stats but if you consider the loss of Eller as a bad thing it's pretty obvious you haven't seen much of him |

Eller sucks, no other way to put it.
They traded Subban because obviously he, somehow, became a problem for the team. We'll never know the extent of it but it's pretty obvious to me it wasn't his level of play that justifies this trade.
You know I like Weber. Long term of course it's a bad trade for the Habs but if anything, I agree that the Habs are looking better this year than they did last year.
And obviously... theres Price. - Scabeh
Yes they claimed PK lacked character and bring in Shaw and Radulov. Well played. |

5 million is also a pretty big cap hit for a fairly unproven goalie if it doesn't work out...and thats over 5 years - obie
agreed.
andersen will start to the shape the leagcy of the current leafs management. not much to judge them on in terms of bringing in new players long-term.
beregvin's legacy is set. he makes dumb moves. i'm not sure why he gets the benefit of the doubt on anything. |

They never said PK lacked character, hell they never said anything publicly aside that Weber brings in alot of character that the team missed last year, which is true.
Everyone only assumes it's because Subban was problematic for other teamates, otherwise there is just no logical explanation to trading him. And considering everything I've seen on this team (which is probably alot more than you) I can tell you, there were signs of his teamates being annoyed with him, alot of them. |

I can only hope you're wrong about this because Eller is complete garbage. |

I feel the Flyers and Stars could be good trading partners for a goalie swap (slight salary dump for Dallas) , adding another d man for Stars (prospect or current flyers player) and Nichushkin coming back to philly. |

Eller is actually better , he took alot of defence zone starts during his tenure with Mtl and managed to produce decent numbers.

I'd just rather have Eller at 27 3.5m for 2 more years than Shaw at 25, 3.9m for 6 years. |

The Sabres would be further ahead searching for a tender with Robin Lame-ner already injured, AGAIN.
Man, did the Sens ever do a number on the Sabres here. - As_I_See_It
Just for the record Lehner's injury is the same one as the one he went down with according to GMTM. He pulled out of the WC since he wanted to keep working out.
Honestly I'm happy he's not playing in it. Less games means less chance of getting hurt. |

Shaw played the majority of his season with Hossa and the great Johnny Toews and managed a measly 34 points.. if we're gonna talk about passengers. |
