If they stick to hockey and don't antagonize they aren't violating the COC.

Shinkaruk may work out but he is slow as molasses. That's fine if you have skills and awareness like the Sedins but Hunter didn't appear to have that.
If you are slow you need to be able to get the puck and work hard in the corners. You also have to be defensively aware.
I see Shink as a Hodgson type as far as speed is concerned. The good news is, Horvat was pretty slow too but spent a summer working on his skating and is much better.

I also think there is a pretty good chance Shinkaruk may get injured due to his lack of speed. He likes to handle the puck and is likely to get drilled.

What we got back in trade was a serviceable 3/4 C with good defensive instincts.
Shink has more potential upside but is also more likely to"Flame" out

in fact, he deleted and banned someone just today who reiterated a story about how he was once banned for quoting dozzer and replacing the word "canucks," with the word "leafs."

it's the "non-reciprocal" nature of what is "offensive," that some find frustrating.

especially when it's thin skinned mods from other teams that come into the thread and ban canucks posters for trivial matters while ignoring their own team's trouble makers.
