I was first on the give Wiz a shot train. But I wouldn't be lining up to trade assets for him

I wouldn't have done any more than a PTO. Who knows how his leg is? And I'd play him in every pre-season game to simulate regular season stress to see if he could hold up.

Is there anyone else out there even worth bringing in for a tryout?

If we're gonna have a line of
Moulson-Girgensons-Deslauriers
Then I wouldn't mind trying to upgrade that Deslauriers slot

I'd be ok with him here on a tryout
If he can stay healthy, maybe he can refund his game

The last line of my post said "upgrade that Deslauriers slot"

Does it need more explanation?

No Deslauriers needs to be in the lineup, we don't need Tlusty.

In my opinion Deslauriers should be nothing more than 13th forward. He's basically a less effective Kaleta.

Kaleta is and was worthless, he did nothing to warrant a spot on the team.

Kaleta in his prime was at least a solid Pker, the same can't be said about Deslauriers

Regardless, I think we should add another forward before the season. Assuming Nylander, Bailey, and Cal all start out in the AHL, we only have 12 forwards. Tlusty would be my first choice for a PTO, with Spaling, or Legwand next

Solid at throwing himself into the boards like a torpedo, worthless that's all he was. At least Nick D plays smart unlike Kaleta.

I'd prefer to have neither in the lineup on a regular basis.

Just finished Jason Bourne. It was ok, better than the Renner one. You'd think they'd be able to spring for some lights and a Steadicam though, the entire movie was shot in the dark, with a shaky camera. I know that was the point, to make it "gritty", but they went way overboard with it.

I don't think Deslauriers "needs" to be in the lineup
We NEED more scoring though
Not saying Tlusty is the answer...
But what harm does bringing him in for a tryout do?

Easily my least favorite of all the Bourne movies
Including the Renner one

Idk... I just didn't find this story very intriguing , and barely entertaining
The action scenes saved it
But was disappointed overall

A movie has to be really bad for it to affect me. Going in if the movie keeps me occupied for it's running time and I'm not groaning every 3 minutes at how bad it is it gets a passing grade from me.

Since most movies aren't great nowadays, I'm not looking to have my mind blown, merely to kill ~2 hours.

Vikander better start getting other big roles other than "Ice Queen" though, or she'll get type cast. Ex Machina, The Man from U.N.C.L.E.(one of those bad ones I alluded to, I did not finish it, but she was very cold throughout), and now Bourne.

The one thing that was most unforgivable was there's no (frank)ing way in hell a VW Golf GTI can keep up with, likely, a 1000cc bike. I don't think cops would use 600cc bikes, but even then with a shade over 300lbs on the back should still be able to easily outrun a GTI. Especially in twisty, small streets, he would've lost him at the second turn.

Yeah, I hear ya
I'm not too much of a movie snob myself
Rarely do I see any movie nominated for "best picture"
I just think that Borne movie lived up to be as good as the others

Come on this is just silly. Des NEEDS to be in the lineup. No, Eichel NEEDS to be in the lineup, ROR NEEDS to be in the lineup. Des, makes no difference and is replaceable.

Next thing you are going to be saying is giving up two 2nds for Des was a steal.

1. Agree. I enjoy watching D-Low play but he does not make enough good hockey plays and he is not a starting forward on a playoff team imo.

2. Wasn't D-Low just the filler in order for TM to land Fasching? That kid should be the new, better D-Low next year.

Agree. Kaleta specialized in injuring himself. At least 44 can fight.
