Ha when I want an ipa I want the hops. I would never age an ipa that's crazy!! The elder is solid. I stick mostly to treehouse or trillium - Fattony1187
Some of them do age okay - especially when you get into the 9-11% ABV range.
Did you ever manage to get a hold of the Westvleteren 12 when they shipped it out this way a few years back? I managed to get a 6 pack, and aged over a variety of amounts with the final one being cracked on my 30th after about 2 years...

I heard that horrendous Kid Rock song about statutory rape again last night that rips off "Werewolves of London" and "Sweet Home Alabama" and it got me, again, thinking it was "Werewolves of London". Goddamn bastard that Kid Rock.
There, that's better. Honestly one of my all-time favorite songs. I don't know why.
Edit: Maybe because of 2:56. It makes me laugh every time.

Not a fan of the Trappist beers, stick mostly to the NE ipas or some KBS, morning delight And the once a year good morning if I can get it for stouts.

Fair enough - the trappists aren't for everyone.
As far as stouts go, have you ever had the beer geek's breakfast/brunch series from Mikkeller? Holy poop those are some amazing beers

Whenever I hear California in my head it is Klaus Meine saying it. - LandlordTom
I don't think I've ever heard him say it, but then my only real exposure to Scorpions is their greatest hits and the Hurricane 2000 intro music the Sabres used for a few years, and Guitar Hero.

They made a live record and Klaus makes darn sure to remind the crowd they are in Cali every chance he can. His accent rivals Ah-nold's, even though Arnold is Austrian and the Scorps are German (close enough).

did you know the guy from Deadwood was Cameron Diaz's mentally challenged brother in Something About Mary. Fun Fact time - macman9
I don't know about "the" guy, but definitely "a" guy, yeah. I can't remember his real name off the top of my head. He was just on an episode of Longmire I just watched, he hasn't aged well...
Have not had the mikkeller, hear good things. the wootstout was alright. I'll drink one a year upon release. You can find that on tap here at the griffin when it's released. I'm hoping to score a growler of good morning again this year again but with its popularity through the roof I think my guy will be selling on the secondary market :/
