When I went in for a steroid injection in my back. The nurse came around and was like "you want some Valium?" and I was like "Sure!!" and she pulled a blister pack out of her pocket and popped one into my hand. I was disappointed, it wasn't a very large dose, and all it did was make me sleepy.

I'll tell you what i'd do…..2 chicks at the same time. Straight up.

Back in college when I was really letting it all hang out, I would occasionally drop a Valium into a glass of straight Jim Beam. I would call that the Ball Peen Cocktail, because it rendered thought nearly impossible.

I've had 15 surgeries. 6 before I was 5, and 9 after 17, the l my favorite part of the last 9 was the IV Versed, all benzos are pretty great, under medical supervision of course. One of my knee surgeries I had a choice to do it under a local, and I was like "hell yeah!". They gave me enough to put me to sleep while they prepped, but I woke up to the scope being jammed into my knee, I wouldn't shut the (frank) up asking a ton of questions, so I think my doc gave the anesthesiologist "the look" and all of a sudden I felt real sleepy, I was fully aware, but I just couldn't open my eyes. The IV Dilauded is pretty amazing too, way better than morphine.

I did some "mixing" myself back in the day. Glad I came out of it knowing it would be stupid to do now in my mid-40's

Nice read on Okposo. He seems like a great guy - very humble and a good teammate. Who knows, maybe his positive influence will rub off on Kane? What surprises me the most about Okposo is his apparent play making ability. He ends up with significantly more assists than goals yet I have always perceived him to be a goal scorer. If he is averaging 22 per year, i guess we should expect 20 - 25 from him this year.

This was an objective, well-written and well-researched article. I think they are spot on. They are calling for the Sabres to finish 4th in the Atlantic with 92 points. I think this is a very fair and accurate prediction, based on the current line-up and no extenuating major injuries (eg: Lehner goes down again for 40+ games).
