It could be part of it. Though I think they've looked pretty decent the last few years. They're actually a team I enjoy watching lately. But their owner is such a moron it's hard to believe that the franchise even exists still.

Well, I think they need to re-evaluate some of the old owners rules and change them ASAP.

Strome hasn't been lighting it up, but his career hasn't been managed all that well by the team either from what I remember. He's never really seemed super happy there. Maybe that has something to do with why he hasn't signed yet as well. Maybe he's hoping they move him instead.
