Can't say again when it hasn't really stopped. The amount of people that have hit buildings the last few years is really astounding.

A Chinese restaurant in Cheektowaga got hit last week, and it's the second time it's happened to that restaurant.

A: We didn't shoot as much as they did

Here's the point - if you're making presumptions but not measuring the right variable, you can get very very dumb results.
