Found out last night I need surgery for a torn labrum... Anyone had that surgery?
My Dr said they are not doing the surgery where they "tie' the labrum together.
That one is for the young bucks..
They want to do the surgery where they anchor a part of the bicep to the labrum with plastic pins or some poop like that.
Supposedly it has a shorter recovery time and no sling involved. Just can't pick up anything over 5lbs for 5 weeks with my right arm, and I'm right handed.
