I'd say Risto actually deserves a 2-3yr bridge deal for around 3-3.5mil

Kinda looks like the team is all set to start the season
No one coming in on a PTO

Looks like 1 forward spot open, bottom 6/ extra skater
And possibly the 7th defenseman slot

Goaltending holds up & we finish somewhere between 7th-11th
If it fails, we pick top10, maybe top5 if it's really bad

A couple takes from Camp so far...


Reinhart centering Kane & Nylander
1) doubt they'd have Kane with those 2 unless they were planning on him being here for a bit
2) Reinhart at center, hmmmm....
3) even if it's not done this year, are they seeing how the chemistry could be for a 3rd scoring line for next year?

Larsson centering Ennis & Okposo
1) Ennis back at LW
2) seeing how Larson looks w some legit talent on the wings, but why?
-is he our future #3 center (Girgensons being traded?)
-are we just taking a look to see if he's gonna fit into a top9 role or 4th line?

80 points would be top 15 in scoring at least IMO.

If we have an 80 point center, and a 60 point center (O'Reilly)

and two 20-25 goal winger (2 of Kane, Okposo, Ennis, Reinhart)

We will contend for playoffs

Yeah, it's also the first day of training camp. I thought I saw Girgensons at a 1C too.

So I just watched Ghostbusters(the new one) last night. Wtf are people on about? I thought it was pretty good.

I kind of wish I had seen it in theaters though; the effects were spectacular.
