It was about the flukiest game I think I've ever seen. How many deflections went in? 4? 5?

I'm not saying the Sabres played well, far from it, but goddamn that was just unlucky. And we were playing our 4th and 5th goalies, so there's that too. 4 games in 5 days is a pretty rough schedule too.

Grant played well, what else is new, but other than that there wasn't much there.

All of those things combined equal a bad showing.

Looked to me like Grant likes to skate with his head down. Helps with the puck possession, but is also a good way to have your career cut short.

So my brother worked as an athletic trainer for the b-sens and knew grant personally...

....he says this kid has not even come close to his peak..takes care of his body...the picture of professionalism....
