I was listening a bit, missed the part about waiving Pedan, what stood out to me is the need to dress Sbisa for x many games in order to expose him in the LV draft. Just like the need to have Bachman signed, I guess there are similar rules for having dmen available.

And if I heard correctly, Biega would need to get 19 games or something in to expose him.
