I'm not ready to praise the beady eyed douche because he has a sucky defense and he thinks he's black. He's proven nothing, Bogo isn't Armia. Laynor is nothing he's won nothing he's bubbleboy million injuries.

I think especially with COR on waivers he's got a spot, maybe as 13th F, maybe as the 4C. I'm not sure.

all in all a pretty good preseason for the Sabres... hopefully the walking wounded return and they get Risto signed... think this will be a fun year to watch them.

Man I miss Swiss Chalet.

So we need to sign Risto by the opener but if we don't, sounds like we need to fill 2 d spots. My thinking is they put Falk on waivers and keep Guhle and Nelson. Falk will pass through waivers and head to Rochester and Guhle will get his 9 games. They'll sign Risto by then and Guhle gets his taste of the NHL and heads back to Jr. Nelson will stay and if needed during the season they can re-call Falk for all of Bogo's injuries.

Make sense?

On the forward side, it's pretty obvious that by putting COR on waivers he goes to Rochester and Derek Grant is the 13th forward. My guess is he'll start as a healthy scratch but definitely get his time. I also wonder if they'll keep Fasching.

Spot on here. I would think Risto will be signed, who knows maybe this weekend. If that happens I think Nelson will be the 7th dman. No harm in sending Guhle back and Falk to Roch.
