These last few moves for D and at F will be interesting. Fasching, Nylander, Grant all have a shot and Falk, Guhle and Nelson on the D. I think Baptiste and Catenacci go to Rochester and Falk will go on waivers for the purpose of going to Rochester as well.

As overdramatic as it may sound i think the first month will make or break our season. If we have to play catch up after it as our schedule gets tougher it will be hard to climb back into the picture.

I think the only way that happens is if they are well out of it. Otherwise I think they'd keep him as a PP specialist. but fwiw i wish he was gone yesterday.

Risto's camp is looking at 6-6.5 and Sabres are looking 5-5.75. His agent will keep pushing because that's his job but Risto should not be paid 6 or more. Sabres would like to stay in the 5 range and 5 - 5.5 would be perfect.

So Ty Rattie may not have a roster spot in St. Louis.
