Whaley has a decision to make that's for sure.

I have liked a lot of what Whaley has done, there are some head scratchers for sure but I think he has done a good job. If the Bills make the playoffs and gasp even win a game I think he has a good chance at winning GM of the year.

He has 18 Career starts and people say that he can't win from behind when he has already done it a few times and just completed his first "full year" (16 games) of being a starter.
