I totally forgot he needed an extension. I'd try to lock him up sooner than later, hopefully around 4 mil if they can do it before he's super "proven"

That's what I'm guessing.

I dont think they're playing well though. lots of shots against by comparison. Would like to see them get more sustained pressure. especially from a line other than the 1st like they did against edmonton.

I dunno they lead after 2, getting good goaltending, killed off a 5 on 3 and Risto and ROR's line have been more than solid. Gotta give credit where it's due. Hopefully they come out with 2 pts tonight.

On the bright side, next offseason we will have 20 million in cap space, and our UFA/RFAs are the following:

Lehner RFA
Falk UFA
Nilsson UFA
Franson UFA
Kulikov UFA
Grant UFA
Larsson RFA
Girgensons RFA
McCormick UFA
Foligno RFA
Gionta UFA

Realistically we should only be bringing back Lehner, Kulikov, Larsson and Girgensons. I think Foligno will get moved during the season.
