But yes, they have the best record right now. They lost 2-1. I can't really comment on much in terms of the game because I didn't really get to watch any of it. But, overall, they got 3 of 6 points on a west coast road trip without two of their top 6 forwards. I'll take it.

We are missing out of, if the team was healthy and have the same record as we do now. Then I think we might have some concern. Still early early in the season. . Better road trip than we had last season and it's now out of the way.

Not that it helps right now, for sure, but it does provide hope, which can often be a dirty word.

I really wish they would just suck it up and put Gorges on the bottom pair with either Franson or Nelson and have either McCabe or Kulikov with Risto.

Gorges is clearly not working on that pairing.
