I'm not sure how every one hears "bigly". I've had 5 surgeries on my ears, and have on more than one occasion shot guns without hearing protection, outside, I'm not crazy enough to do that inside, and I can still clearly hear him saying "big league". It's a stupid (frank)ing thing to say, but he's not making up words, at least that one anyway.
