Nothing but good things happen when Toews keeps that puck on his stick, line 1's best scoring chance, Toews to Campbell and he completely misses.

Think AA's the second leading scorer for the Hawks now, point a game pace!

Darling needs to put that up the boards. JJ go watch the tape on Defensive specialist Kruger not tying up the stick of his man in the slot that ended up in the back of the net. Anisimov is a far better player than Kruger and it's not even close.

Can't wait to see the Hawks against clubs with actual talent.

This year is gonna require remarkable patience.

Is it time to pass the torch from Toews and Hossa and maybe let the newer D-men play as well ?No doubt by seasons end they can be trusted again but right now turn it into a youngster contest if the vets aren't going to sell out.

The Toews line looks really good again. Andersen with the fluke stick save with Toews in his grill again.

Anisimov had a nice goal and I like his will to drive to the net, but he is so beyond lazy trying to back check that sometimes I wish Q would just bench him for a period. Just reaches with his stick, absolutely no effort to skate and help his team. He's more worried about getting to the bench, it seems.

Defense has been mostly good but lapses are an issue. Three mistakes have resulted in three goals.

Darling should just stay in the crease on the PP. No reason to try for a breakaway pass when nobody is looking and ice the puck.

You mean like waiting before 6 games in to become exasperated?

One positive to come out of this down year...

...the value of Panarin's next contract is dropping with each passing game.

Like I said...

...gonna take patience.

We'll see how much Q and upper management have if this continues into December.

Helps he's getting to play with Keith + better forwards than he did when he was with Forsling. If Campbell is going to be forced to play his offside, he shouldn't have to also be with a rookie (no matter how decent they've looked as well).

Richard Panik is the NHL’s leading goal scorer and Artem Anisimov is in the top 10. Kane and Toews have one goal total. Nothing makes sense.
