Who drops to the 4th to take Kuli's spot? Quine?

- Vukota

This was my thought from before

16-91-12
72-13-18
27-29-10
25-53-15
Maybe flip 10 and 72

I'd bet on Chimera, but I guess you never know.

For all I know we'll see:

16-10-18
29-13-12
27-18-25
91-53-15

Exactly where Chimera should be. No point making the man something he's not. Put him where he belongs and watch him excel.

Yeah, I do think it's entirely capable of playing on a third line too though. But I think he'd actually benefit more from playing with the fourth line. His speed is a bit more in line with the way Clutterbuck and Casey play plus they'd likely be playing against somewhat less-skilled (defensively) competition. Kulemin has fit with that line well but I really, really wanna see Chimera get a spin with them for a few games. I think that could be an unbelievable line (for what they are).

Just overheard a few things while me and Vukota were replacing the PVC piping at our beloved Barclay's Center. You know...the usual.

No one in the media is reporting that Cappy's remains have been found in a wood chipper, so I'm going to guess that he hasn't.

Chimera is similar to grabner they both have speed but lack the finesse, Chimera gets to the puck and hits but his passes are just off the mark a lot. Kuhemin has looked good there but he may be better suited to the 3rd line. Let's hope we have to figure out who sits between 10 96 and 25 soon

No, I love Cappy.

In order to successfully disagree with something the Islanders do you have to meet at least 2 out of the 3 prerequisites:

- Post about your disagreement no fewer than 45 times per day

- Post about the same issue, using the same verbiage, for a period of time not less than 6 consecutive months with no gaps

- Angrily smash your keyboard and ignore literal facts that go against any argument you have

Oh my. I don't know if I have either the time or the patience to disagree if that's the case.

I asked kr if he was using a particularly harsh chemical on the windows of late also asked him to give facts or figures to support his allegations while I'm OK if someone says the team is worse show me the corsi or ppg or Fenwick ect to support it not just because youve said it 300 times. You must have been perusing the board :l

With all due respect any and all combinations are plausible when it comes to the Isles. I have never seen a team that is so willing to blend lines regardless of talent or merit. Its one of the reasons I like them, never a dull moment.

I still lurk. I find that now the incessant, redundant, negative whiny complaints that are the reason I stopped posting there have become funny.

Wouldn't be a bad idea. I mean the PP is so crappy that it probably couldn't get any worse.

It's evident I'm probably talking to myself, but Beauvillier is already getting a big increase in ice-time tonight and he looks damn good too.

It was boring hockey. Boring is OK, because when it's exciting there's only a 50% chance it's exciting in your favor.
