The Fasching penalty was total bull. Both players leaned on each other and the Flyer fell. By that logic, Fasching should have fallen so the penalty could have gone the other way.

Yes, that's the point, that's illegal. If he would've tried to get up then it's a good goal. But the pushed player has to make an effort to avoid contact. Schenn made no such effort.
