correct, he was only offered 1 year deals from rangers, pens and oilers were only teams to have an offer for him, they each only offered 1 year deal


he was not under contract for an NHL team, so he went home and led the team he was under contract for in scoring 2 out of 3 years

that's not the point...the point is you're blaming murray for having picked a bum with the second-overall pick in that draft and he had nothing to do with it...if he had the top pick, McDavid would be in buffalo...but he didn't...

Arizona was heartbroken that the lottery went the way it did because they were out of the top-two and they had to settle for Dylan strome, a player who didn't play at all for them last season and has only played in three games for them this year...the last of which had him skating for just over 10:00
