I never bought that Bylsma hype. I took a ton of poop from the fan boys and excuse makers when I said that after he signed. Now the Penguins fans feel bad for us. That's when you know it's bad. - Buffalo--Sabres
I'm with you. I thought I was the only one beating that drum from the minute abysmal Bylsma showed up.
I'll say this. When our decision makers at the top stop buying their own hype, when the fans that support them show them they've stopped buying their hype and when a little luck comes our way.

Oh that's right. I remember he kind of got the shaft in Florida. - Buffalo--Sabres
I felt the same way. At this point though, why take another job that could be similar to that? He's got a pretty cushy job under Quenneville at the moment. Though if Chicago doesn't turn it up a bit I'm sure the rumblings of whether or not it's time to fire Q will start up again.

The real problem in Chicago has been brewing for years. The big 3's contracts eat up all the cap space. They have like 5-6 rookies starting now.

I don't disagree. And as much as I'm a fan of Toews, he's not earning that contract at this point. Needs to step it up.
Inevitably what will probably happen though, is the rumblings of him being canned will pop up and somehow he'll manage to win the Cup again this year. Happened the last time they won the Cup as well.
