I was and sill am very high on Skjei and Miller coming into the season after ho-hum camps. Add in Vesey who has lived up to the hype that I and a lot didn't think he would be able to do along with Hayes Kreider and Zib if they resgin him long term and you have an absurdly well rounded solid core for years to come.

Now they just need to jump start Buch!

- MiloslavHorava

Buch is so skilled and talented. Just a really smart and creative offensive player who also puts in the work in the defensive zone.

He's gonna start burying some pucks soon too hopefully

He and Stepan.

as long as they are winning and scoring goals, Stepan doing little things is fine.

But, if they go through a slump and he still isn't producing, it's a problem

But, I will say he is probably one of biggest reasons Vesey is playing so well

that goal he scored last night to open the scoring, last year he would have shot it right into the goalie.

I'm not complaining, but both need score a goal here soon. Drought will be 10 games for Stepan on Tuesday.

Its funny, all this talk about how well the team is playing and we really dont mention Mcdonaghs name at all. the guy has an 8 game point streak thru 9 games

but yes how on earth will we replace Yandles offense output

people who lost their minds over losing Yandle never understood that you couldn't play McDonagh and Yandle at the same time

I actually was watching something in the preseason, can't remember what channel, said don't be surprised if this is McDonaghs breakout offensive season. He will be the go to guy on defense now.

Keith Yandle has 3 points right now. But I bet his Corsi is better than the entire Rangers team.

A rarity ..I got to see NYR up close & personal with son....whatta a game !
dont see 4 goal blitzes like that against top tier teams ....
So fast a bunch , Krieds give them another ice space creator ...
gotta be able to find or make space to make plays in....
we have a lot of guys who are gaining confidance & demanding the
space to make plays ..Hayes J T ... very strong with or with out puck
total focus i sensed all nite ..constant pounding at T B keeping puck as much as possible in there end ....
