Cosby wasn't running for office, Cosby wasn't in the news at all. Cosby (I keep wanting to type Crosby) was charged and has a criminal court date. Trump does not.

Trump also isn't charged with anything, it's a lawsuit which will either get dismissed or he would have to pay out. Anyone can bring up a lawsuit on anyone these days.
