You keep saying this, but have actually never shown who. I'll give you an example for a team that dropped like a rock. The Canadiens started 10-0 last year, Price got hurt and they drafted 9th. That's a team that couldn't overcome the loss of a single player. Or do they not count because Price is a goalie? The Canadiens had the worst record in the NHL in the 2nd half of last season.

Because it's his first full year. And he's only 23.

Only the Jets have a younger team than we do, so yes, this is a very young team still.

Nobody is saying everything is going to be all roses. What we can't really do though, is fully evaluate what we have since key pieces are missing.

It would be like trying to put together a piece of furniture when you fully know that you have to wait for a piece or two from the manufacturer. It sure as hell is not going to work if it's missing pieces.
