I think what Jr is referring too is that we don't seem to have the depth to cover those guys going down. But we did beat the Wild and Oil . Just need the others to freaking out the puck into the net . Not AT it like last night.

hahahaha... I actually brought this up a couple days ago.... I think we are underrated. I don't think we are elite by any means but as a collective team they are doing well.

and Risto is turning into a monster out there, I hope he can keep the upward trend going... he has been fantastic this year.

I give GMTM plenty of crap but a while ago he mentioned something that was absolutely money. Simply put, the offence hasn't caught up to the defence in terms of coaching. Its quite similar to when zone defence became a huge thing in basketball.

That and coaches just don't coach in offensive terms, it's defense first and then counterattack. Defensemen rarely pinch anymore. Everyone's in a race back to their goalie. Except from what I heard(1st and 2nd) and saw(3rd) last night, seemed to be a very up tempo game which is rare in this league nowadays. Not just the Sabres, but league wide.

A ground beef quesadilla doesn't sound very good, maybe a steak one. Love the hard shell mighty's I usually get 2 hard shell mighty's ground beef, no tomato, small sour cream, hot(they seem to have backed off a bit on drowning the tacos in sauce which is nice). I had a steak panini from Tim Horton's today. Gotta say I was disappointed, they changed the rolls, now it's on sourdough sliced bread and there was like no steak on it at all. Should've gotten the turkey club.

Had the steak Q a couple weeks ago. wasn't impressed. tried with ground . Not good at all. made it through 1/2 of it. Hard mighty ground beef are awesome .

It's the epitome of "meh". I'm not sure how people can continue to twist expectations around concerning this team.

This look nothing like a team on the cusp of becoming something "special" or a contender. You know, what we purposely lost for 2 straight years for.

So far, at least the last 5 games, it's been working. I think maybe Bylsma made a change last minute when Eichel went down, and then even more so when Kane went down to be very conservative and the players had to adjust to that.

OK but I look at the bigger picture Who are the people that are going to be here for the future ? It isn't molasses or fossil or Kane etc it's about the young guys that's what I watch every night because those guys are our future not those guys they won't be here . I haven't seen one young guy yet that has stepped up and said damn we might have a gem on her hands but yet the flyers and leafs have these young guys stepping in and producing

Until their game is figured out and they fade away? Sometimes young guys come in and are scoring all over the place and fade away a year or two later. Just because they are scoring early in their careers does not mean it is sustainable.

I was saying more of the high-end top 10 guys in the last few years, because after that it's really a crap shoot where you have your Marek Zagrapans. And you know what the player is when he's been in the NHL for 5 years. You don't necessarily know what you're going to get from a 4th overall from last year. But that it should be a lot.

It's funny, we lose, but we payed well against a bad team so it's good. We win, but played poorly and it's all good.

I can't wait until the stakes are high again. There were people leaving the arena (los of them) with 5 minutes left in a one goal game. No one cares anymore

Once Moulson, Gionta, and Ennis come off the books that gives us 13 mil to round out the roster with the middle talent that we are missing. Its all gonna be ok
