Babcock knew what he was doing by sending out Martin. You leaf fans have to take those blinders off your eyes just because it just looks like salty homerism for starting this melee and Babcock finishing it off by having his goon playing in the last few minutes of the game.

Not really - Martin is a guy who regularly plays PK for us, and who has good fancy stats at shot suppression over the last few years. Sending him out in that circumstance is actually quite in line with how Babcock uses his players. Assuming that it was done deliberately to "goon it up" is really quite a stretch.
